On The Road Again

 The Oceanside RV Park was our next stop. It is next door to Carlsbad where Julia's sister (in-law) lives. They are very close and are like little kids that giggle and laugh all of the time they are together, it is great!

Janet and Danny lived near us in LA. It was good to share time with them.

John and Burgundy (Janet's daughter) joined us. It was good catching up with what they had been doing.

Next we headed to LA. There are very few reasonable RV parks in the LA area. Dock Weiler State Park is in a central location on the beach and we stay here when we can. However, we always forget the problem with it. You see, it is also at the end of the LA airport runway. SO, we turn up the TV and ignore the planes.

We had a good visit with my father. He and Linda spend a lot of their time on the road in their RV. They are nomads too, however, they have a home to visit from time to time.

Another day, we visited my mother and Van. They used to travel in an RV, but now leave the driving to others and just enjoy the scenery.

We have known Bri and Frank Roper for nearly thirty years. They are the type of friends that if you haven't see them for a year or more, it is as if you were never apart when you get together again. Good friends.
