Everyone should have a toy and I am the biggest kid around. Now I am sneaky, I use the fact that Julia wants to access to the internet everyday. We use our Sprint cell phones to access the internet. In Nebraska, we had no cell phone coverage. For about a week, we could not send or receive e-mails and Julia almost died.
So, what toy could I find to play with and use Julia as an excuse? I know, Internet via Satellite. Directway is a system that has an antenna which connects a satellite and our computers.
Ralph sold the system to us and should me how to set it up. Norma showed us how to setup the receiver. We "should" be able to connect to the internet anywhere in the US, unless a tree or mountain gets in the way.

Setup and alignment "usually" takes about 45 minutes or so. My first time was not the usual, but we got it.
I have a big problem. Directions? My ask someone for directions? I can find it by driving around for an hour or two... maybe three. GPS is the answer to my problem. I love technology! Santa came by and dropped a Garmin off and I haven't been lost since.

If I miss the turn that it tells me to take, it recalculates and finds a new path to follow.
What fun my toys are!!!
